Acceptance of Terms

By reserving or operating a vehicle from Vettura Rentals you agree to these Terms and any rental agreement presented at pickup.

Drivers must meet age and license requirements and allow payment authorization. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

Quotes are estimates until confirmed. Taxes and fees apply. Payment or deposit may be required.

A refundable hold may be placed on your card at pickup and released after return in acceptable condition.

No racing, off-road use, towing, smoking, or letting unapproved drivers operate the vehicle.

Return fuel to the same level unless your rate includes fuel. You are responsible for tolls and citations.

Report incidents immediately. You may be responsible for damage, loss of use, and related fees as allowed by law.

Policies vary by rate plan. No-shows may be charged up to the full rental amount.

Unapproved late returns may incur extra charges. Contact us early to extend.

If there is a mechanical issue, pull over safely and contact us. Do not authorize repairs without approval.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or personal items left in the vehicle.

You agree to hold Vettura Rentals harmless from claims arising from your breach or unlawful use.

Florida law governs. Venue is Miami-Dade County courts unless required otherwise.
